Kid’s Hands-On: Flower Dissection at North Haven Gardens

June 19 @ 10:00 am - 11:00 am

Young scientists are invited to explore the fascinating world inside a flower during this free hands-on science workshop at North Haven Gardens!

Led by guest educator Iman Jones, children will dissect real flowers, learn how pollination works, and discover why pollinators like bees are so important to our environment. Participants will also create their own take-home botanical specimen sheet, just like a real botanist.

This interactive class is designed for curious kids who love science, nature, and hands-on learning.
