Keep your eyes open, Dallas! One of the world’s most recognizable public art installations is coming to town.
The Dallas Arts District will host the Dallas and Texas premiere of RedBall Dallas from June 19–28, 2026. Created by artist Kurt Perschke, the RedBall Project features a giant 15-foot inflatable red sphere that appears in a different location each day, transforming familiar places into playful works of art.
Since its debut in 2001, RedBall has visited more than 50 cities around the world. Now, Dallas families can experience this free public artwork during a special 10-day tour across Downtown Dallas and surrounding neighborhoods.
